1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the pit888 Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.2 If you access the pit888 Platform on behalf of any person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that such person or entity agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2.3 These Terms, together with any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or features of the pit888 Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pit888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money Service on the pit888 Platform. This minimum age is set by PAGCOR for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced. pit888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the original deposit method after appropriate verification.

3.2 Geographic Restriction. The pit888 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the pit888 Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. pit888 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any location outside the Philippines.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who are legally restricted from entering into contracts, including those under guardianship orders or those declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction, are not permitted to register or use the pit888 Platform.

3.4 Self-Excluded Individuals. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from pit888 or who have been excluded from the Platform by pit888 are not eligible to register a new account or use the Services during any applicable exclusion period.

3.5 Prohibited Categories

The following persons are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on the pit888 Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, and agents of pit888 and its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Persons who have been identified as problem gamblers by a Philippine health authority or who are enrolled in a formal gambling treatment program;
• Persons acting on behalf of third parties for the purpose of wagering or circumventing Platform restrictions.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration. To access real-money Services on pit888, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pit888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where inaccurate information has been provided, and to withhold any balances pending investigation.

4.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the pit888 Platform at any time. If pit888 determines that a Player holds multiple accounts, all accounts other than the first registered account may be closed, and any bonuses, winnings, or promotional benefits associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.4 KYC Verification. pit888 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a clear, valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's licence, SSS card, or PhilHealth card) when requested. pit888 may also request additional documents including proof of address or source of funds where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.5 KYC Timing. pit888 recommends completing KYC verification immediately after registration rather than waiting until your first withdrawal request. Delays in KYC completion may result in delayed withdrawal processing. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have deposit and wagering limits applied at pit888's discretion.

4.6 Account Closure. You may request closure of your pit888 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used payment method after KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pit888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your Account.

5.2 You agree to notify pit888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. pit888 customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat.

5.3 pit888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, or from any access to your Account using your valid credentials where you have not reported an unauthorised access prior to the activity in question.

5.4 pit888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated via Account Settings and provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time SMS code at each login.

5.5 pit888 will never ask you for your account password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from pit888 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to pit888 accounts must be made using approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pit888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your wallet in Philippine Peso and are generally reflected immediately for GCash and Maya transfers.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Cashier section of your pit888 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso and are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by pit888 in writing. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• pit888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation if pit888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or a breach of these Terms.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the pit888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pit888 does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in the same currency in which they were submitted.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 pit888 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. The availability, terms, and duration of specific offers are published on the pit888 Promotions page and may be subject to change or withdrawal at pit888's discretion.

7.2 Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus play. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the bonus in question and must be read carefully before accepting any offer.

7.3 Bonus funds and cash deposits are held in separate balances. Real Money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to Section 6). Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from completing the applicable wagering requirement are available for withdrawal, subject to any maximum withdrawal cap.

7.4 pit888 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where:

• The offer has been claimed through fraudulent means or by creating duplicate accounts;
• The Player has breached any term of the applicable promotion or these Terms;

7.5 Loyalty Program cashback credits are subject to the terms published on the pit888 Loyalty Program page. Weekly cashback is credited as withdrawable real-money balance unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 All games available on the pit888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management and financial matters, while game-specific rules shall govern gameplay outcomes.

8.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, software fault, or communication failure during any game round, pit888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant wager to the Player's account. pit888's decision regarding the resolution of technical malfunctions is final.

8.3 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the pit888 Platform are independently tested and certified for statistical fairness by accredited testing laboratories. 9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pit888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any act of deception intended to obtain financial advantage, including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or fraudulent chargeback claims;
• Money Laundering: Using the pit888 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players during games to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating betting in live games, or any other form of cooperative cheating;
• Use of Prohibited Software: Using bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting software, game exploitation tools, or any third-party software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal player use;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform;
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, whether for profit or otherwise;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to pit888 without first attempting resolution through pit888's customer support process.

10 Responsible Gaming

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pit888 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction methods on the Platform;
• Use pit888's trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any purpose without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pit888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

12.2 pit888's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your pit888 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 pit888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pit888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pit888's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your pit888 experience, you should first contact pit888 customer support via live chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. pit888 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

13.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through pit888's internal process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. pit888 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and adjudications.

13.3 Financial Disputes. Any dispute relating to game outcomes, transaction amounts, or bonus calculations must be raised with pit888 customer support within 30 days of the disputed transaction or game round. pit888 will not consider financial disputes raised more than 30 days after the relevant event.

13.4 Binding Decision. pit888's decision on all disputes, reached in accordance with these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, shall be final and binding. Where a dispute is escalated to PAGCOR and PAGCOR issues a decision, that decision shall be binding on both parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 pit888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the pit888 Platform no less than 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the pit888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.6.

15 Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
